摘要
燃煤发电排放的粉煤灰(FA)沉积已被公认为农田和煤炭资源重叠地区作物生长的重要微量金属来源。本研究以小麦微量金属(Liangxing 99)和叶际微生物群落的总含量和化学形态分布为研究对象,探讨了叶际微生物如何影响小麦对FA痕量金属的吸收以及植物中金属的迁移和转化。结果表明:(1)FA显著提高了麦地上部Cu、Zn和Pb的含量,也显著提高了根系Cr和Pb的含量。(2)Cr、Zn、Pb主要用盐酸提取,残留在地上部和根部(60%以上),Cu主要用乙醇和去离子水提取(近70%)。(3)FA的加入降低了叶际微生物的多样性,增加了微生物群落的丰富度。主要的细菌群落是变形菌门和拟杆菌门。特征菌与地上笋中总金属和乙醇提取金属密切相关。本研究从化学形态和叶片菌群水平上为小麦的痕量金属耐受性和解毒机制提供了证据。
