Multi-source Information Detection Technology and Equipment for Mine Drilling Rescue: Research and Application

Abstract
Mine drilling rescue is a new type of rescue technology that can quickly create life channels for trapped people. However, it is difficult to obtain the failure information of the drilling channel, the location of the trapped people, and the real-time dynamic perception of the environmental characteristics of the disaster area. To solve these problems, we use multi-sensor information fusion, edge computing, intrinsically safe circuit control, and ultra-wideband radar detection and other technological methods to research and develop a series of equipment for mine drilling rescue multi-source information detection. The equipment integrates audio-visual, temperature and humidity, gas environmental parameters, and radar detection functions, and could overcome two key technical challenges: real-time data acquisition and transmission of various sensors in the disaster area, and life information detection of hidden space. It could realize the real-time monitoring and transmission of multi-source information (video and audio, temperature and humidity, gas environment parameters) in the process of drilling rescue, and the detection and positioning of life information of the personnel after the obstacles in the underground. The equipment has been effectively applied in the rescue process of Shandong Pingyi Gypsum Mine and Shandong Wushan Gold Mine, both of which successfully searched for trapped people and detected the information of drilling access and underground environment. It also monitored the underground water and gas environment parameters in real time in the rescue accident of Xinjiang Fengyuan, which avoided secondary casualties of the rescuers. The development and application of the equipment could provide certain equipment support and technical reference for the field of mine emergency rescue.
