Abstract
In the information age, the contradiction between the use of public personal information and information security is an urgent problem to be solved. Telecom fraud, privacy disclosure and other phenomena will lead to poor information security of the public. This paper aims to explore the factors that affect the public's sense of information security and the ways to improve it. Based on SOR theory and some contents of protection motivation theory, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the influencing factors of public information security, constructs the influencing factor model, collects data through questionnaire survey, and uses SPSS software for correlation analysis and regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The results show that government coping ability, media coping ability and self-efficacy have a positive impact on the public 's sense of information security, while perceived severity and perceived susceptibility have a negative impact on the public 's sense of information security. Based on this, from the perspective of the government, the media, and the public, the corresponding path to enhance the public 's sense of information security is proposed to provide some reference and inspiration for effectively enhancing the public 's sense of information security.
