Abstract
Land spatial planning and governance in mining areas are not only related to land reuse, but also to economic development, social stability and ecological environment. In this process, it will continuously promote the coordination and interaction of government departments, market organizations, people's groups, social organizations and other types of subjects, ensuring that ecological environment restoration and stimulating the socio-economic development at the same time. This paper focuses on the scope of territorial spatial planning and governance in the mining area, and adopts the static game model, evolutionary game model, and complete information non-cooperative model to analyse the behaviour of administrative subjects, market subjects and social subjects in the mutual game, respectively, and administrative subjects and market subjects are mainly affected by rewards and penalties in the consideration of the cost, and there is a behaviour choice sequence between administrative subjects and social subjects, and the latter are more affected by the former, and the latter are more affected by the former, and the latter are more affected by the former. There is a disparity of individual power between market subjects and social subjects, the choice of behaviour and access to benefits can be predicted in advance, the choice of behaviour strategies of various types of subjects is a dynamic process of mutual influence.
